Couples Personal Training What’s a great way to keep yourself motivated during your journey towards a stronger, faster, healthier, happier you? Sharing the fun with someone else! Great for husbands and wives who share the same health goals, fathers/mothers and sons/daughters who are looking to exercise together, as well as friends who just want to push each other to another level of fitness and health.
GROUP Training
Group Personal Training The more, the merrier! A perfect fit for those looking to exercise with a group of friends or family, while avoiding the over-crowding conditions of an aerobics class. You’ll feel like you’re part of the team as you experience everything—from having lots of fun and a few laughs, to working up a great sweat while friends cheer you on!
ONE-TIME Fitness Consultation
One Time Personal Training Consultation So you already know what you’re doing in the gym, but you’re tired of doing the same-old workout time and time again. Perhaps, you’re well on your way to achieving your goals, but have reached a seemingly unbreakable plateau in your progress. Or, you’re just starting out at a gym, but aren’t too sure about the “cookie-cutter program” given to you during the orientation process. What are you to do? A ONE-TIME consultation is the ideal way to go. We’ll design a program, take the time to make sure you understand what you’re doing, and let you go to town with it. Plus, whenever you feel like it’s time to “switch things up”, we’ll be here, ready to show you new and innovative ways to make the most out of your personal routines.
